I have to apologize – I haven’t posted much lately… Between busy-ness at work and moving into our new home, I’ve been a little distracted. Things are slowing down at work, and I’m about to enjoy a couple of weeks off of work around the Christmas holiday. During that time, I probably won’t post much on my Bible studies – it’s a lot harder to write from home than it is at work. So, I’ve decided that I am going to post about my favorite Christmas songs for this week, and probably a few times next week, as well.
Please feel free to make suggestions in the comments – there are many great Christmas songs out there, and I’ve probably forgotten some really good ones.
My favorite Christmas song (right now) has to be I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day, as performed by Casting Crowns on their album, Peace on Earth. The piano entry sets the mood, and the rising, triumphant ending gives me goose bumps every time. You’ve probably heard it – if not, enjoy!
NOTE: I just realized that this video doesn’t play here, but instead it makes you go to YouTube to watch/listen to it. My apologies!
